Buy Me! $149,900

This has been a great 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house for us. It's 1313 square feet on a quiet, low-traffic street in a great neighborhood. It was built in 1999 and we refinished three-quarters of the basement in 2012. The big backyard and vinyl deck are perfect for summer parties and barbecues and the vinyl fence gives privacy and security.

Other features include
*Newly carpeted and painted basement
*Automated outside lights
*Fully automated sprinklers
*A deep two-car garage with built-in shelves
*Ceiling fans throughout the upstairs rooms
*Updated paint throughout the whole house

Please call 801-985-1680 or call or text 801-390-6139 to schedule an appointment or for more information today! Definitely a MUST SEE.

We have loved having a vinyl deck. It's low maintenance and no splinters! In the winter we store our toys, deck furniture and bikes under the deck

A few years ago we went through and re-painted and re-carpeted the living room.  The large window in this room lets in a lot of light. There are two closets down the hall that are handy for organization and storage.
The dining area is large. The french doors lead out to the vinyl deck where we love to grill and eat outdoors in the summertime.

The microwave over the stove is wonderful and there is plenty of counter space. The lazy susan in the corner gives extra, easily accessible storage space. The sink overlooks the backyard, so you can wash dishes with a view! The space above the cabinets could be used for storage or decorating.

Upstairs Bedroom #1. We love the ceiling fan and large window. The his and hers closets are nice also.

Upstairs Bathroom.

Upstairs bedroom #2, it also has a ceiling fan and a large closet.

Downstairs bedroom. Even though it's downstairs, this room has plenty of light and a nice closet with a couple shelves and clothing bar. We've also installed a ceramic heater in this room.

Another view of the downstairs bedroom. I love the shelf that goes around half the room. It's handy for toys and decorating. We repainted and carpeted this room two years ago.  Right outside this room you can see our under-the-stairs closet. It goes back really deep and has been handy for long-term storage.

Last year we re-carpeted and painted this basement family room.  The built-in shelf makes it perfect for storing dvds (or blue-rays or books), and the window has a nice shelf above and below it.

And here we have the unfinished laundry/storage room. It's roughed in to eventually be a bathroom. We liked it for the ample storage space it offered, and it's been nice to have one unfinished area that we could wire the house through. :)
